1- Procedures for obtaining a certificate of good conduct

Brief about the service Providing the service to the citizen, resident and foreigner who has previously resided in the Kingdom of Bahrain when needed to issue a certificate of good conduct.
Documents required to complete the service

The General Requirements:

  1. A copy of a valid passport
  2. A recent personal photo with a white or gray background in accordance with the modern standards of the identity card.
  3. A letter from the requesting party (the requesting entity)
  4. The decimal fingerprints of the fingers and the palm in case the applicant was outside the Kingdom of Bahrain and did not register the fingerprint in the database of the Ministry of Interior previously (Applicants outside the Kingdom of Bahrain can be submitted through the national portal Bahrain.bh only)

Special requirements and conditions for non-Bahrainis: (in addition to the general requirements)

  1. A copy of the Bahraini ID card.
  2. Copy of residency (residency in the Kingdom of Bahrain is required for 6 consecutive months)
Application procedures at the service center
  1. Print and fill out the personal data form before attending in person. (Press here)
  2. Taking fingerprints and palm prints if they were not previously registered in the system.
  3. Residency in the Kingdom of Bahrain is required for 6 consecutive months if the applicant is a foreigner.
  4. Security check on the applicant.
  5. Handing over the certificate after fulfilling the conditions.

2- Procedures for obtaining an employment certificate

Brief about the service Providing the service to the citizen and resident when they need to issue an employment certificate.
Documents required to complete the service

The General Requirements:

  1. A copy of a valid passport
  2. A recent personal photo with a white or gray background in accordance with the modern standards of the identity card.
  3. A letter from the requesting party (the requesting entity)

Special requirements and conditions for non-Bahrainis: (in addition to the general requirements)

  1. A copy of the Bahraini ID card
  2. A copy of the valid residence permit
Application procedures at the service center

  2. Taking fingerprints and palm prints if they were not previously registered in the system.
  3. The residence permit must be valid
  4. Security check on the applicant.
  5. Handing over the certificate after fulfilling the conditions.

3- Procedures for obtaining a damage certificate

Brief about the service Providing the service to the citizen, resident, or visitor in obtaining a state proof certificate when his private property is stolen or damaged.
Documents required to complete the service
  1. A copy of the identity card.
  2. Bring the report number from the competent security command.
  3. Submitting an authorization from the owner if the applicant is not the owner.
  4. Bring the civil defense report in case of fire reports.
  5. Bring a copy of the traffic ticket and the original theft report in case of theft of a Bahraini passport outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.

  3. Issuance of a certificate of proof of status after fulfilling the conditions

4- Procedures for commercial registration requests

Brief about the service Providing the service to a citizen or resident who wishes to obtain a commercial registry in cooperation with the Investors Center.
Documents required to complete the service
  1. Commercial registration number
Application procedures at the service center
  1. Applications are submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
  2. The Directorate of Criminal Information received the request through the website
  3. Ensure that the application fulfills the conditions for obtaining a commercial register.
  4. Security check on the record holder
  5. Send the request to the relevant security leaders to inform about the possibility of opening stores that are around the clock
  6. Send the request to the relevant directorate of the General Directorate of Detection and Forensic Sciences
  7. Reply to the Investor Center via the website

  • An electronic service through the commercial records system through the following website: Sijilat.bh
  • You can also refer to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce / Bahrain Investors Center to follow up on your application.

5- Procedures for obtaining fingerprint card

Brief about the service Providing the service to the citizen, resident and visitor wishing to obtain a fingerprint card to present it to the competent authorities outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Documents required to complete the service
  1. A copy of a valid passport.
  2. A recent personal photo with a white or gray background in accordance with the modern standards of the identity card.
  3. A copy of the Bahraini ID card (for non-Bahrainis)
Application procedures at the service center
  1. Print and fill out the personal data form before attending in person. (Press here)
  2. Take fingerprints and palms.
  3. Check the fingerprint.
  4. Issuance of a fingerprint card.
